Terms

Last updated 1 November 2026. These are simple terms for working with Nedohe Web Designs. A written quote for your project may add to them.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are starting prices in rand. You receive a fixed quote before work starts. Extra pages or features you ask for later are quoted separately.

Payment

A 50% deposit is paid to start. The balance is paid before your website goes live. Payment is by EFT or payment link. The deposit covers the work already started and is not refundable once design work has begun.

What I need from you

Your text, photos, logo and details. Delays in sending these can delay your launch.

Changes

You can review your website before it goes live and ask for reasonable changes to what was agreed. Large new requests are quoted separately.

Ownership

Once the full amount is paid, the website content and design made for you belong to you. Your domain is registered in your name. I may show the finished website as an example of my work unless you ask me not to.

Monthly Care Plan

If you take the Care Plan, it is billed monthly and covers hosting, small updates and support. You can cancel with a month's notice.

Liability

I take care with every website, but I am not responsible for losses caused by things outside my control, such as outages at hosting or domain providers.
